Supportive listening
A first conversation to slow things down and say what is happening.
Even: “I don’t know where to start.” We can begin there.

No diagnosis. No perfect wording. Just the next step.
You can be unsure, angry, numb, quiet or tired.
We meet the moment first. Then we work out what comes next.
Sometimes listening is enough for now. Sometimes the next step needs more structure.

Grounding, coping, planning and psychosocial support within scope.
A different level of care when assessment, therapy or specialist support is needed.
Not every MHPSS conversation is therapy. We tell you what we can offer, and when another service is the better fit. Emergency response, medication and psychiatric care remain outside our direct scope.
A few quiet minutes may make the next choice easier. These tools do not replace professional help.

Hope
For the person whose thoughts become heavier after everything else goes quiet.
A booked MHPSS session is not the right response to immediate danger. Contact the emergency service where you are, reach someone you trust, or go to the nearest appropriate emergency facility.
Safety before everything else
Use immediate support when the risk is immediate.
